Abstract

Since its first introduction, the colloidal quantum dot has shown great progress in terms of emission and absorption efficiency. To apply these nanocrystals in the optoelectronic devices, we adapt the hybrid method to better utilize the advantages of the semiconductor device and the quantum dot. In this talk, we will review the development of our hybrid integration of such novel material in the solar cells and light emitting diodes.
