The colloidal quantum dots and their applications on hybrid optoelectronic devices

Abstract

Nano-particles with light-emitting capabilities are applied to enhance the performance of traditional optoelectronic devices. Different techniques to deploy these particles, such as pulsed spray, are used, and the enhanced characteristics with different designs are reported.
