TiO2 Thin Films Obtained by Pulsed Laser Deposition under different excitation regimes

Abstract

TiO2 nanolayers were grown by PLD in high vacuum under monopulse and multipulse excitation. Results show that is possible to deposit black titania films by PLD and also to modulate the final crystalline phase.
