Abstract

Micro optical components are in growing need as micro optical systems and other integrated systems rapidly develop. We fabricated two kinds of micro optical components, micro logarithmic axicon lenses (LALs) and micro spiral phase plates (SPPs) that can generate optical vortices, by the technology of femtosecond laser microfabrication. The productions show their peculiar properties, such as large focal depth and ring-patterned Fourier transform.
