Material parameters of Ca<inf>3</inf>TaGa<inf>3</inf>Si<inf>2</inf>O<inf>14</inf> (CTGS) piezoelectric single crystal at extreme temperatures

Abstract

The complete set of material parameters including elastic, dielectric and piezoelectric constants as well as thermal expansion were measured by different methods for the promising piezoelectric single crystal CTGS at extreme temperatures (4.2–1170 K).
