All-Polarization-Maintaining, Polarization-Multiplexed, Gain-Coupled, Mode-Locked Fiber Laser

Abstract

Two pulse trains with adjustable repetition rate difference are simultaneously emitted from a single, all-polarization-maintaining, gain-coupled, fiber laser. This design shows great potential to reduce the complexity of current time-resolved measurement systems without sacrificing performance.
