All-Polarization-Maintaining, Polarization-Multiplexed Mode-Locked Er-Fiber Laser with Nonlinear Amplifying Loop Mirror

Abstract

We demonstrate an all-polarization-maintaining, polarization-multiplexed mode-locked Er-fiber laser with nonlinear amplifying loop mirror that generates two mutually coherent frequency combs with slightly different repetition rates at the same center wavelength without nonlinear spectral broadening.
