This paper aims to analyze the solution to improve the moral degradation is through humane education models, which accommodate the educational potential of human intelligence that is plural. In this study, analyzes on the relevant literature have been carried out. Data collection was done by analyzing the books of Munif Chatib, interviews, journals and collect data from other relevant sources. As a result: Firstly, the design concept of Multiple Intelligences by Munif Chatib, globally covering three important stages, namely: input, process and output. At the input stage, using the Multiple Intelligences Research in the acceptance of new students. The second stage is the learning process, style teaching teachers equal to the force student learning. In the output stage, the assessment of multiple intelligences based learning is using authentic assessment. Second, multiple intelligence based education relevant applied in Islamic education both micro and macro. Islam has the concept of nature in terms of developing human potential, and the concept of this nature should be guided in the right direction. The form of evaluation in Islamic education learning according to multiple intelligences are portfolio, assessment for learning process, and written question.
