Abstract Nach einem theoretischen Überblick und weiteren experimentellen Daten zu Dunkelund Photoströmen der Elektroden in (z. B.) 0.5 M H 2 SO 4 , l M KOH, l M NaClO 4 [wäisrige und aprotischeLösungen (DMF, Acetonitrillj wird der Mechanismus der anodischen Photoau?ösung [u. a. Bildung von Ga(OH) 3 , H 3 AsO 3 , H3PO4] mittels einer Folge von kinetischen Stufen erörtert.
