The aim of this paper was probe if the exposure to different levels of physical activity induced changes in anxiety and sleep quality levels. For this purpose 43 students, aged between 18 and 23, were taken several anthropometric measures and took two validated test, during October, November and December 2015. The results showed a decrease in anxiety levels inversely proportional to the number of hours dedicated to exercise. However, the results of the sleep quality test, didn’t show big differences between the level of physical activity and a variation on sleep quality.
