Data mining is used to extracting the patterns and get insight from the data. For marketing in telecommunication industry, first step is to segmenting the customer according to customer's usage of services and customer payment. Telecommunication industry has a lot of packages of products with different specifications and price offered to its customers. Using Market Basket Analysis (MBA) to determine the relationship between the products. To reduce the data and get promising information, we use packages from profitable customers which has identified in segmentation process. We use IBM SPSS modeler to process it.
