Abstract

Abstract Bei der Herstellung der p‐p‐n‐Solarzel‐ le wurde der p‐GaAs‐Bereich im n‐GaAs‐Substrat durch Be‐Diffusion ins n‐GaAs während des epitaktischen Aufwachsens (LPE) von Be‐dotiertem p‐(GaAl)As gebildet.
