Thermal conductivity of filled epoxy resins.

Abstract

各種の充てん材を分散させたエポキシ樹脂の有効熱伝導率を測定し、 充てん材の種類、 体積分率、 粒子形状、 粒子配向状態との関係を調べた。 さらに、 粒子が均一にランダムに分散している場合につき、 有効熱伝導率を推定するための代表的な理論との比較を行った。
