Array design techniques of microstrip comb-line antennas in millimeter-wave band

Abstract

Traveling-wave array design techniques are applied to microstrip comb-line antennas in the millimeter-wave band. The simple design procedure is demonstrated. To neglect the effect of reflection waves in the design, a radiating element with a reflection-canceling slit and a stub-integrated radiating element are proposed. Matching performance is also improved.
