GMR in ultrathin epitaxial La/sub 0.75/MnO/sub 0.25/ films

Abstract

Perovskite metal-oxides with formula La1-xSrxMnO3, (LSMO) has created much scientific interest due to large room-temperature magnetoresistivity associated with a paramagnetic semiconductor to ferromagnetic metal phase transition.
