Analysis of millimetre-wave integrated fin line

Abstract

The paper presents an analytical technique for determining the dispersion and also the characteristic impedance on integrated fin-line structures. The computed dispersion and also the characteristic impedance are graphically illustrated for the various structures. The method of analysis is accurate for small slot widths.
