Performance of organic solid-state laser based on a fluorene derivative material

Abstract

Here, we demonstrate an organic solid-state laser using a novel six-armed fluorene-based macromolecular material that exhibit low-threshold lasing properties. When pumping with a laser at 380 nm, we observe a laser threshold energy density of 1.3 muJ/cm 2 .
