Service-oriented Educational Management Information System construction

Abstract

The integration of Educational Management Information System (EMIS) and other information systems plays an increasingly important role in the construction of the university information systems. The article first classified the educational management data, and then discussed the common information system architecture and the Representation of State Transfer (REST) concept. The final proposed methods for REST-based service-oriented construction of EMIS.
