Bare‐Board Testing

Abstract

An up‐to‐date study covering the grounds for electrical testing of printed circuit boards, this paper analyses the objection to testing the levels of tooling complexity with suggestions on various approaches to tooling and finishes with a consideration of the costs of implementing ATE.
