Research of Improved BP Neural Network in Intrusion Detection

Abstract

In order to overcome the disadvantages of BP algorithm which was easy to get into the local least value and slow convergence rate, this paper presented a new method which combined the method of the Momentum Gene and the adaptive learning rate, and then applied it into intrusion detection. The results of the simulation experiment shows that this method has better efficiency than the BP method, and the detection rate is also better.
