This study aims to describe the implementation of innovative learning strategies and their impact on students’ learning motivation in the context of 21st-century education. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using a case study design. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving teachers and students, and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that innovative learning strategies, such as Project-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, and Blended Learning, foster more engaging and meaningful learning experiences and encourage active student participation. Improvements in learning motivation were reflected in increased learning interest, discipline, and learner autonomy. Supporting factors included teacher creativity, technological readiness, and a conducive learning environment, while the main challenges involved differences in students’ initial abilities and limited learning facilities. This study concludes that innovative learning strategies play an important role in strengthening students’ learning motivation and should be developed sustainably through the enhancement of teacher competence and the provision of adequate learning support facilities.
