AI is increasingly transforming Human Resource Management (HRM), reshaping how organizations handle recruitment, retention, training, and strategic workforce planning. It's changing the way HR teams might tackle their daily work. Tools including automated recruitment systems, attrition prediction models, personalized training platforms, skill-gap spotting through natural language processing and sharp data analytics, are briefly explained. DWPM lets organizations stay on top of the wave and plan their tasks well in advance simulating different scenarios. Simulation also means that risks can be assessed beforehand and gauged while proposing strategical planning. The chapter also emphasizes the role of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), pointing out that AI only works if the interfaces feel intuitive and the analytics make sense to real people. A practical case in an emerging economy, Kazakhstan, where hurdles like limited awareness, cost worries, pushback from leaders and staff, or ethical questions often add up to prohibit the development of new technologies is also studied.
