To address the problem that the speed of vehicle nodes affects the stability of IPv6 vehicular network, this paper proposes an address configuration scheme for all-IP vehicular network. The scheme constructs the hierarchical structure of all-IP vehicular network and IPv6 address to enhance the stability and expansibility of network. The paper analyzes the influence of the speed of vehicle nodes on the address configuration performance, and on this basis designs a low latency address configuration scheme for IPv6 vehicular network, which enables the vehicle nodes to quickly obtain their globally unique IPv6 address.Simulation results show that compared with the existing hierarchical address configuration scheme for vehicular network, the proposed scheme reduces the delay and cost of address configuration while increasing the link stability.
