Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the role of Management InformationSystems (MIS) in improving operational efficiency withincompanies. As digital transformation accelerates, organizationsincreasingly rely on integrated information systems to optimizeprocesses, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making. Theresearch uses a qualitative descriptive approach by reviewingliterature and data from various industries that haveimplemented MIS. The results show that MIS plays a vital role inincreasing information accuracy, reducing operational costs, andimproving coordination among departments. Furthermore, MISsupports faster managerial decision-making and enhances real-time monitoring capabilities.
