Abstract

This research explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on modern education, with a focus on higher education institutions. It examines how AI-powered tools such as adaptive learning systems, chatbots, and automated assessment platforms are influencing student learning outcomes, teaching strategies, and institutional practices. The study highlights both the benefits—including personalized learning, efficiency, and improved engagement—and the challenges, such as data privacy concerns, equity issues, and ethical implications. By analyzing current literature and gathering insights from students and faculty, this research provides evidence-based recommendations for policymakers, educators, and technology developers. The findings suggest that AI has transformative potential in education when implemented responsibly, with a balanced approach that ensures inclusivity and ethical use.
