The background of this research relates to the importance of implementing Work-Life Balance (WLB) in the modern workplace to improve employee performance and satisfaction. With advancements in technology and changing work trends, companies face the challenge of creating a balance between job demands and employees' personal lives. The methodology used includes a literature review and analysis of WLB implementation in various companies. The research findings indicate that effective WLB policies, such as work flexibility and employee well-being support, can increase productivity, reduce stress levels, and improve employee retention. However, challenges such as team collaboration and performance monitoring also arise. In conclusion, companies need to implement a balanced policy that supports employee well-being without compromising performance, creating a healthy and productive work environment.
