IMPERCEPTIBLE IMAGE WATERMARKING SCHEME

Abstract

Interest in digital watermarks is growing and seems to be motivated by the need to provide copyright protection
to digital works. The digital watermark should not degrade the image to a degree that interferes with its usefulness. In this
paper digital watermark is decompounded into a series of binary bitplanes by bit decomposition, and each bitplane being
viewed as an ordinary two-dimensional binary watermark for watermarking. The results demonstrate that the enhanced
quality of the watermarked image is obtained.
