LinguaBridge: Real-Time Language Translation for Regional Dialects

Abstract

LinguaBridge is a cutting-edge language translation tool designed to facilitate seamless communication across more than 22 Indian regional languages. By leveraging advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, the tool enables accurate, real-time translation and sentiment analysis, breaking down linguistic barriers in education, business, and daily interactions. Developed as an interactive web application using Streamlit, LinguaBridge integrates the Google Translator API for precise text conversion and TextBlob for sentiment analysis, allowing users to gauge the emotional tone of messages. Data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib and Seaborn generate insights into translation accuracy, while Scikit-learn is used to assess model performance through confusion matrices. This multi-faceted approach ensures high translation precision, making it a valuable resource for researchers, educators, and businesses aiming to enhance multilingual engagement.
