Abstract: Climate change is an undeniable global challenge that threatens ecosystems, human societies, and economies. This paper provides a detailed review of the global impacts of climate change, focusing on the alterations in weather patterns, rising temperatures, and the increasing frequency of extreme events. The review also explores the adaptation strategies employed by various countries and communities to cope with these challenges, highlighting the role of sustainable mitigation measures like transitioning to renewable energy, improving energy efficiency, and reforestation efforts.
