By 2050, India is likely to be the most populous country with a projected population of 1.69 billion. It is estimated that over 70 million new urban housing units will be needed over the next 20 years in India
This research figures out the issues in the field of housing developments to meet the demand due to urbanisation. This unprecedented urbanization has implication for ecological, economic and social sustainability.
