Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe Effective Leadership Strategies in Managing Organizational Change. This type of research is a literature study, namely a study by collecting various sources of data and information through books related to the subject of the study. the method used in making this research is a normative legal approach, legal investigation is carried out by examining library documents or data as the basis for investigation in accordance with regulations or documents related to the problem being investigated. The data collection technique in this research is library research, this research uses data analysis techniques by selecting, comparing, combining, and compiling different definitions so that relevant definitions are found. The results showed that community service in the form of learning Tajweed in reading the Qur'an using the demonstration method at TPA Gedung Harapan Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency can run smoothly even with various shortcomings. The learning process is carried out by face-to-face teaching directly teaching the Koran, providing material and providing games so that students easily understand how to read the Qur'an properly and correctly according to the rules.
