Los Derechos Sociales como Derechos Fundamentales: Justificación

Abstract

The work refers to the birth of Human Rights and the importance of their existence as justification of the effectiveness of Social Rights. These are part of the framework of Human Rights with its creation in the sixteenth century and its gradual implementation and development throughout these five centuries. The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of Social Rights in today's society and to stress the culmination of the existence of the Social States of Law.
