Non-isolated High gain DC-DC converter for Solar PV Application

Abstract

Integrating low voltage DC sources is made possible in large part by DC-DC converters with strong step-up DC-voltage gain. This converter has enhanced efficiency when operating at high output voltage and power, Vo/2 switch stress, and low switch loss at 500 W load. Here The non-isolated DC-DC converter under consideration will be better suited to satisfy the load requirements for solar PV as well as it also includes high efficiency, high voltage gain, and higher reliability. This paper explains both open loop and closed loop testing of a non-isolated high-gain Boost converter using MATLAB.
