Abstract

Alleviating poverty must be done in an integrated and simultaneous manner, such as unemployment, education and development. In the existing data, poverty in the province of Bali shows that there is still a gap in poverty levels between regencies/cities in the Province of Bali because development tends to only be focused on cities and employment opportunities are also uneven, resulting in disparities between regions in the province of Bali. The objectives of this research are 1) To find out whether there is a correlation between economic growth, education level, unemployment rate and government spending on district/city poverty in Bali Province. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques and correlation testing. The results of this research show that economic growth has a strong correlation with the level of poverty in Bali Province, the level of education has a strong correlation with poverty in Bali Province. Meanwhile, research results show that the unemployment rate has a weak correlation with poverty in Bali Province. Furthermore, government spending has a moderate correlation with district/city poverty in Bali Province.
