Abstract

Competitiveness in the current market demands innovation and strengthening of their strategies from organizations, knowledge is a primary axis to achieve the objectives set. The implementation of Business Intelligence allows an organization to take advantage of the information and turn it into knowledge that derives in unique strategies and value that is difficult to replicate by the competition.
