In the context of this bachelor thesis, the interaction with virtual prototypes in Mixed Reality is investigated. The main content of this thesis consists of two parts. The development of three interactions to operate the virtual prototypes of the Vivian Framework with the HoloLens 2 and the subsequent evaluation of these in a usability study. The study is carried out with two groups. One group is instructed in the interaction possibilities, the other group explores them intuitively. The suitability of the interactions as well as how they can be improved based on the results of the usability study are examined. In summary, the following results arise. The hand interaction is particularly suitable for pressing buttons or placing objects in a designated place. The pointer interaction is suitable for touching and moving objects that are further away. The head interaction is rather unsuitable for interacting with small objects. Compared to the other interactions, this interaction requires the least effort to move objects.
