Abstract

Cloud computing has revolutionized the way computing services are delivered, providing access to dynamic, scalable, and virtualized resources over the Internet. This has led to the emergence of a cloud marketplace where consumers can purchase services from providers on a pay-as-you-go basis. To facilitate this exchange, a lightweight and independent framework, termed "Market Environment," is proposed. This platform enables consumers and providers to trade computing resources efficiently based on their specific needs. The design of Market Environment is driven by the concept of auctions, allowing for efficient resource allocation and price discovery. Performance evaluation demonstrates the scalability of the proposed framework, making it suitable for large-scale cloud trading applications.
