论文针对多批次半间歇化学反应过程特性,研究了二维迭代学习PI控制方法。在二维系统的框架下,综合考虑批次轴重复特性和时间轴动态特性,将PI控制器作为内环结构,使用迭代学习(iteratioe learning control, ILC)方法优化参考轨迹,建立二维ILC_PI控制器;以理想的半间歇反应机理模型为对象,进行ILC_PI方法的控制性能测试,分别引入冷流体流量、进料浓度、测量噪声等扰动测试系统性能,与变参数PID控制方法进行对比分析研究,仿真结果表明二维ILC_PI控制系统,可有效抑制不同类型重复扰动,实现动态特性大范围变化下的反应温度高精度控制。An iterative learning PI control method was investigated to study multi-batch semi-batch chemical reaction processes. Batch repeatability and time dynamic characteristics were considered under the framework of two-dimensional systems. A PI controller was used as the inner structure and an iterative learning method was used to optimize the reference trajectory. A two-dimensional iterative learning PI controller was designed. The ILC_PI controller was applied to study a semi-batch reaction mechanism model, and factors such as cold fluid flow rate, feed concentration and measurement noise were introduced to test the performance of the close-loop system. The simulation result was compared with the variable parameter PID control method. The results show that the ILC_PI control system can overcome various repeated disturbances, improve system dynamic performance and realize the high-precision control of reaction temperature within a wide range. © 2018, Editorial Board of "Journal of Chemical Engineering of Chinese Universities".
