DEMOCRACIA E EDUCAÇÃO EM DIREITOS HUMANOSResumo: Este artigo tem por escopo a análise da Democracia e a forma como as políticas públicas podem atuar na concretização da dignidade da pessoa humana. Objetiva, assim, investigar os conceitos de Democracia sob uma perspectiva histórica, desde o liberalismo clássico, para então entender a situação atual, a união de premissas liberais e sociais, e como é possível atingir a satisfação social e o fomento à garantia de sua dignidade enquanto ser humano.
