Novel cathodes for low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells

Abstract

Novel cathode materials of minimal resistance were created to radically reduce the operating temperature and, hence, the cost of solid oxide fuel cells (SFOCs). As a result, a critical step toward making SOFCs affordable for a wide variety of applications was established.
