Water Resources Plan for the Delaware River Basin

Abstract

On September 29, 1999, the Governors of the four Delaware River Basin states (Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania) signed a resolution challenging the Basin community to develop a unifying vision: a comprehensive Water Resources Plan for the Delaware River Basin. The purpose of this Plan is to provide a unified framework for addressing and redressing new and historic water resource issues and problems.
