This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the learning outcomes of Physical Education, Sports, and Health Class VII Students of Public Middle School 5 Kuta Selatan. The factors studied were factors that were contained in students (internal factors), factors that came from outside (external factors) and factors from the learning approach of the students themselves. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data obtained by survey techniques using instruments in the form of questionnaires, documentation in the form of report card value data and interviews. The research subjects were randomly selected, totaling 52 students. Survey data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the data analysis are that there is a mean comparison between internal factors, namely physical and psychological which often affect learning outcomes with a mean of 3,6, external factors, namely social and non-social environments which also often affect learning outcomes with a mean of 3,6 and learning approach factors. to learning) with a mean of 3,5 which sometimes affects student learning outcomes.
