Abstract

This paper discusses the effectiveness of using CNT as a filler on a surface coating in improving the resistance to environmental effects of a space structure employed in the Low Earth Orbit. The structures are tested for environmental parameters like Atomic Oxygen, Thermal Cycling, High Vacuum, Ultraviolet Radiation and Hypervelocity Debris Impact.
