Key findings reveal significant shifts toward more comprehensive ethical frameworks, expanded leadership roles encompassing digital equity advocacy, and a deeper understanding of AI's potential to both exacerbate and bridge educational gaps. The study advances the field by illuminating effective leadership strategies for AI integration, highlighting collaborative design processes and stakeholder engagement. It also identifies directions for future research, particularly in evaluating AI's long-term impacts on learning outcomes and developing equitable implementation strategies across diverse international contexts.
