ABSTRACT This paper explores the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). It examines how AI is reshaping language education, particularly in improving learner outcomes, personalizing instruction, and enhancing teacher effectiveness. The article also discusses the challenges of integrating AI in TESOL, including ethical concerns, access disparities, and the need for teacher training. Finally, the paper suggests future research directions and practical implications for educators and policymakers.
