Abstract
Hamming error correction codes are widely used to detect and correct errors in digital communication. Building on this foundation, we developed the APA Encoder and Decoder, which enhance data processing through novel encoding techniques. By integrating these concepts with cryptographic methods, we created a unique and innovative cipher known as the APA Cipher.
