El agua como un derecho fundamental implícito en Colombia

Abstract

Abstract: One of the problems that exists in Colombia is the lack of access to drinking water for a large part of its population. That is why it is necessary to know the different mechanisms that exist in the legal order for the real development and warranty of this right by the State. This paper analyses the legal guidelines and the different problems in the regulation and implementation of the access to drinking water. Resumen: Uno de los problemas que existe en Colombia es la falta de acceso al agua potable a gran parte de su población. Es por esto que se hace necesario conocer los distintos mecanismos que existen en el ordenamiento jurídico para el real desarrollo y garantía de este derecho por parte del Estado. En este artículo, se analizarán los lineamientos jurídicos y los distintos problemas que se han presentado en la regulación e implementación del acceso al agua.
