Abstract

ES: Semióticamente la justicia se construye por la sociedad, y circula por distintos canales comunicativos, entre ellos el judicial. Al juez llega por distintos y diversos medios, que pueden ser el mismo juez como también los mass media. Y si bien los modelos procesales pueden ser más o menos afines a dicho sentido social, los llamados acusatorio-adversativos, resultan ser más afines, consideradas las facultades otorgadas al poder ejecutivo y al jurado de conciencia. Mientras que los modelos inquisitoriales dependen exclusivamente de la estrecha maniobrabilidad de los jueces. EN: Semiotically, justice is built by society, and circulates through different communication channels such as the judicial. The judge arrives through different and diverse means, which can be the same judge up to the mass media. And while the procedural models may be more or less related to this social sense, the so-called accusatory-adversative, turn out to be more related, in consideration to the powers granted to the executive and the jury of conscience -or grand jury. While the inquisitorial models depend exclusively on the narrow maneuverability of the judges.
