Tensile Behavior of Superplastic Zn-22Al Alloy Sheet : On the Strain Rate History

Abstract

超塑性材の延性のおよぼす影響因子の中でひずみ速度に着目し,引張変形中に速度変換を行って,ひずみ速度履歴が延性におよぼす影響を調べた.その結果,低速から高速への速度変換でのLinear Damage Lawの成立と,逆の変換での加工時間短縮の例とを示した.また,速度履歴の力学的挙動について実験および数値計算により考察し,変形に伴うK,m(σ=Kεm・εn)の変化を明らかにした.
