This article discusses the model of the Lord Jesus' ministry, specifically based on Matthew 9:35-38. The Church, as God's institution that received the great commission of the Lord Jesus to make disciples of all nations, must truly and completely understand what the model of the Lord Jesus' ministry is. A complete and correct understanding will greatly determine the growth of the church in achieving the goals God desires. A ministry that does not have an understanding of the model of the Lord Jesus' ministry will also be very difficult to experience growth, both in quality and quantity. The model of the Lord Jesus' ministry must be used as a foundation, as a benchmark and standard for church ministry. Because there is no model or methodology of good and perfect ministry other than what has been exemplified by the Lord Jesus. This article uses a qualitative approach to discuss the topic raised. The qualitative research method used involves describing and developing understanding and concepts from factual findings into a scientific theory. The model of the Lord Jesus' ministry, specifically based on Matthew 9:35-38, includes outreach, evangelism, and also teaching. The church must implement the model of the Lord Jesus' ministry in its existence to be able to fulfill the great commission and achieve ideal growth, both in quality and quantity.
